1. Who is responsible

To see how the website is used

Technical data. When you visit, our host Framer processes your IP address, browser type and time of visit to deliver and secure the website, and to estimate the country in our statistics. This is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not ask for sensitive data, such as health data, and please do not send it.

3. Legal bases

  • Answering questions and preparing offers: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  • Investor requests: our legitimate interest in managing contacts with potential investors (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and, once an NDA is signed, that agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

  • Legal obligations: where Romanian law requires us to keep records, for example accounting records once there is a contract (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

The tick box on each form confirms that you agree to be contacted about your request. We do not use your details for newsletters or marketing unless you separately agree.

4. Who receives your data

  • Framer B.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands, which hosts the website and processes form submissions on our behalf.

  • CYBER_FOLKS SRL (gazduire.ro), Bucharest, Romania, with servers in the EU, which hosts the office@teraseya.com mailbox where form submissions arrive.

  • Our advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, under a duty of confidentiality, and public authorities where the law requires it.

If you are given access to our investor data room, the documents are shared through Google Drive, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland, which processes your name and e-mail address to give you access.

These providers act on our instructions under data processing terms. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Transfers outside the EU

We aim to keep your data within the European Economic Area. Where a provider or its sub-processors process data outside it, the transfer relies on a European Commission adequacy decision, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or on standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

  • Questions and offer requests that do not lead to a contract: up to 3 years after our last contact.

  • If a contract follows: for the duration of the contract and afterwards as long as Romanian accounting and tax law requires.

  • Investor requests: up to 3 years after our last contact, or longer if a signed NDA requires it.

  • The website statistics we see are aggregated and do not identify you. Our host keeps technical logs only as long as needed for security.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, and a copy in a portable format. You can object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest, and withdraw any consent you gave. Write to office@teraseya.com; we reply within one month, which we may extend by two further months for complex requests, telling you why.

You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP: B-dul G-ral Gheorghe Magheru 28–30, sector 1, 010336 București, anspdcp@dataprotection.ro, www.dataprotection.ro, or to the authority in your own EU country.

8. Cookies

The website uses only the technical storage it needs to work. Our website statistics (Framer Analytics) use no cookies and no identifiers that recognise you. The social media icons are plain links: nothing is loaded from those platforms until you click. If we add tools that need cookies, we will ask for your consent first.

9. Security

We use providers with recognised security standards, encrypted connections (https) and access limited to the people who need the data.

10. Children

The website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The version in force is always on this page, with its effective date.
