1. Who we are
This website, teraseya.com, is operated by Teraseya SRL, a Romanian limited liability company (societate cu răspundere limitată), registered office Strada Coriolan Brediceanu nr. 8, camera 621, etaj 6, Timișoara, județ Timiș, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J35/1561/2015 (EUID ROONRC.J35/1561/2015), tax identification code (CUI / VAT code) RO34701160, e-mail office@teraseya.com (“Teraseya”, “we”, “us”).
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of the website teraseya.com and its forms. The Teraseya traps, the cloud platform and the app at app.teraseya.com are supplied under a separate written offer, contract or app terms. If those conflict with these terms, they take precedence.
3. Information on this website
The website describes Teraseya, its AI traps and how they are used. The information is general and may change without notice, including product features, specifications and field figures, which are company field records shown as of the date stated next to them. Images marked as example images are illustrations. Nothing on the website is a promise of a particular result, such as fewer pests, less crop damage or lower costs.
4. Requests through our forms
You can ask an expert a question, ask for an offer, or request access to our investor data room. Sending a form does not create a contract. An offer from Teraseya is binding only when we send it to you in writing and you accept it in writing. Please send only information you are entitled to share, and no sensitive personal data.
5. Investor information
The investor section only lets qualified investors request access to our data room. It is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any shares or other securities, and it is not investment advice. Access is at our discretion and only after a non-disclosure agreement is signed.
6. Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes. Do not try to gain unauthorised access to it or to our systems, interfere with how it works, send malicious code, or collect data from it by automated means without our written permission.
7. Intellectual property
The website, its texts, photos, videos, the Teraseya name and logo, and the design of the trap belong to Teraseya or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own information. Any other copying, adaptation or commercial use needs our written permission.
8. Links to other websites
The website links to our pages on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and TikTok. Those sites are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.
9. Liability
We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it is always error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Teraseya is not liable for loss caused by relying on general information on the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or the rights consumers have by law.
10. Questions and complaints
You can send questions or complaints about the website free of charge to office@teraseya.com. We reply within one month.
11. Applicable law and courts
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled by the competent courts in Timișoara, Romania. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules and courts of your country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is always on this page, with its effective date.
